I want to get a tattoo with these sayings, but in Ancient not modern Greek.  Can anyone help me with the translation?

What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.”  Pericles  > Oὐ στηλῶν μόνον ἐν τῆι οἰκείαι σημαίνει ἐπιγραφή, ἀλλὰ καὶ ἐν τῆι μὴ προσηκούσηι ἄγραφος μνήμη παρ' ἑκάστωι τῆς γνώμης μᾶλλον...(Thuc. 2.43)

And please note that your are asking for three, not two, separate quotations ("Pericles," Xenophon, and Theocritus), so you would normally need three separate posts.
However, before posting anything, it's a good idea to consult our search engine (above box).  Because these are popular quotations, you might find your question has already been answered, e.g. your first request: http://www.translatum.gr/forum/index.php?topic=84929.0
So for the nonce, we'll answer one of your requests, "As long as we hope, we live."  That's from Theocritus, Idyll 4, verse 42:
ἐλπίδες ἐν ζωοῖσιν — literally, "Hopes exist among the living."

This is the second saying I need help with translating.  I'm merging the first saying with the second one to form one tattoo.
Thank you again.

Done!  (see above)

As long as we hope, we live.   ἐλπίδες ἐν ζωοῖσιν — literally, "Hopes exist among the living.

THANK YOU!!!!
