Hi All!
I would appreciate some expert opinions. I wasn't quite sure where to post this.
Problem: I can't put my finger on quite the right translation for
εντρυφώ, as in the example given in this
excellent resource here:
'Εντρυφούν στη μελέτη της φιλοσοφίας.' (From:
Λεξικό της κοινής νεοελληνικής)
I am discussing this (and have been doing so for the past ten years ;-D!) with my equally nutty, language-obsessed friend, Αγγελική, in Athens. We haven't found the right word yet, and it came up again during the course of a telephone conversation yesterday.
Any ideas/suggestions from y'all '
super translators' here? ;-)
