Can you give us a hint as to where this quotation comes from?  Or at least tell us what you mean by "stand" — be a substitute? be a defender? be an equivalent? or something else?
And please, as advised, read The Rules (click at top of page) before posting, esp. Rule 1.3.
Τί δέ τις; Τί δ' οὔ τις; Σκιᾶς ὄναρ ἄνθρωπος. — Πίνδαρος

Do either of mavrodon's suggestions (above) fit your case?
It would also be important, for translation into ancient Greek, to know if your "one" is masculine, feminine, or neuter;  animal, vegetable, or mineral.  The ball's in your court, chiz.

one is masculine.   the phrase means one person will stand up to defend others.

"εἷς  δι' ὅλους ἀγωνίζεται"?
— or, using ancient syntax/vocabulary, εἷς ὑπὲρ πολλῶν ἀγωνιεῖται (one will fight for many) or εἷς ὑπὲρ πολλῶν ἀγωνιζέσθω (let one fight for many).
