Έχω βρει και το junior electrical engineer αλλά σε ένα φόρουμ μηχανικών (όπου σχολιάζεται ο όρος) δεν δέχονται το junior ως σωστή απόδοση.

Το έχω βρει ως "electrical petty engineer". Βλ. The Department of Electrical Engineers of TEI Piraeus is the ancienter department of Electrical Engineers at Technological level and is the historical continuation of the Electrical Petty Enginneers School (Ypomichanikon) of the National Technical University of Athens. Από το site του Τμήματος Η΄λεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών του ΤΕΙ Πειραιώς, http://ikaros.teipir.gr/H-L/english_version/home.html, όμως η απόδοση στα αγγλικά είναι κακή.

Να σου υπενθυμισω ό,τι οι σχολές Υπομηχανικών εχουν καταργηθεί απο το 1970...
Οι αποφοιτοι των ΤΕΙ λέγονται πτυχιουχοι Ηλεκτρολόγοι Μηχανικοί ή Ηλεκτρολόγοι Μηχανικοί ΤΕ, Electrical Engineers.
Αυτο λεει εδω...
