η σφραγίδα της εταιρείας φέρει την επωνυμία περιφερειακά σε 3 γραμμές και καθώς και τα αρχικά στο κέντρο

the seal of the company shall bear the name on its/the circumference in/on 3 lines as well as the initials on the centre

"In the middle" might sound a bit more natural than "on the centre" — but not absolutely necessary.

Looks good to me ...  I imagine there's a special reason to translate "shall bear" instead of "bears."
