English also uses the expression "people with special needs" - being mindful that a special need, eg a difficulty with learning to read, is not necessarily a disability....

Σωστά, εγώ χρησιμοποίησα ορολογία που βρήκα στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.

"Άτομα με Ειδικές Ανάγκες" "People with disabilities"
"Άτομα με Ειδικές Ανάγκες" "people with special needs"
