What is the ancient Greek translation of this phrase? It is not in the bible, but I'd prefer to use "biblical" ancient greek.

Κατέβαλεν Οὗτος υπὲρ ἐμοῦ τίμημα βαρύτατον.
I don't think "τίμημα" is in the Bible (e.g. "the wages of sin" is "τα ὀψώνια τῆς ἁμαρτίας") but I wouldn't use "ὀψώνια" in this case.
