Hello Akkas.

You can say "Τόδε βιβλίον ανήκει εις τον Αμπού Τζαρ Μ. Ακκάς" (word by word translation)

"nickel",  however, pointed out what is absolutely accurate for "ex libris", i.e. "KTHMA ΑΜΠΟΥ ΤΖΑΡ Μ. ΑΚΚΑΣ" / "Κτήμα Αμπού Τζαρ Μ. Ακκάς".
