Hi there.

I am trying to find the ancient Greek translation of the phrase "I begin" or the word "begin".

I have done a little homework on the net and came up with the following:

Modern translation = αρχίζω
Ancient translation =άρχομαι or archomai

If anyone can help by confirming the above, I would be very grateful.
