Tο κείμενο γράφει : "Δεν φταίνε οι κατά τόπους έφοροι. Το ψάρι βρωμάει απ'το κεφάλι".
Any other ideas?

Εμένα μ' αρέσει η απόδοσή σου. Απλώς να προσθέσω ότι οι Άγγλοι έχουν μεταφράσει "The fish always stinks from the head downwards" το αρχαιοελληνικό «ιχθύς εκ της κεφαλής όζειν άρχεται».

Κι εγώ το έχω ακούσει αυτό! Απλά δεν θυμόμουν όλη τη φράση! Μάλλον θα τη χρησιμοποιήσω γιατι δίνει έμφαση και μου αρέσει!
