Of the three instances of the feminine (all in plural oblique cases), the evidence in Photius' Library (συναιχμαλώτισιν, not συναιχμαλωτίσιν) seems decisive for a proparoxytone accent in the (hypothetical) nominative singular: συναιχμάλωτις.  Although the simple noun is αἰχμαλωτίς in the nominative, the compound with σύν pulls the accent back to the antepenult.
