When using 7G .htaccess rules cgi-bin Pers scripts give this error:

Forbidden - You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request
Removing all "cgi" and "bin" instances from the script, does not resolve it.
