Restart Windows 7 shortcut (with one click or hotkey)

Create a restart shortcut on your desktop. Right click on the desktop, choose New Shortcut and enter

shutdown.exe -r -t 00

in the area where you are asked to specify the location of the program file.

Then, you can add a hotkey for this icon. In the Shortcut key field enter your shortcut by pressing the keys you want. I use Ctrl+Shift+R.

Alternatively, you can press Win + R to open the Run window and paste the command there.
