Trados Studio 2009 SP1 - Filter by type of match in review mode vis-à-vis DVX

I believe that all great software not only should be intuitive, but should offer the most important features via a right click menu. A prime example of this not happening is the way that Trados Studio 2009 SP1 handles match-type filtering (i.e. the options Segments with comments, Duplicate segments, Fuzzy matches, New translated content, 100% pretranslated segments, All content, All segments, Unconfirmed segments).

For example, in order to be able to filter the segments, you have to open the document in Review mode, implying that, reviewing is a very different procedure from translation, and therefore, a different environment should be used.
But opening the document in Review mode is not enough. You also have to click on View → Toolbars → Display Filter. Then one can select the appropriate match type.

Now, compare the same feature in DVX. The filter box is always there. There is no translation mode/review mode dichotomy (and, there is no reason for it to be in my humble opinion).
