It is a fragment from Sappho’s poetry (fr. 33), that could be roughly translated as follows:

Oh gold-crowned Aphrodite, if only this winning lot could fall to me…

Unfortunately, fragmentary information and lack of context do not allow for a more precise rendering. :)
