Η νομική ορολογία στην αρχαία ελληνική: μια πρώτη διαχρονική και διδακτική προσέγγιση
Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργα αρχαίο ελληνικό λόγο. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, ποσοστά επιβίωσης αλλά και οι τρόποι επιβίωσης στη νέα ελληνική προκειμένου στην εκπαίδευση. Απώτερος σκοπός είναι επιστημονικό λεξιλόγιο και κατ΄ ετυμολογική επισκόπηση κοινή, μεσαιωνική), και αξιολόγησε ταξινομική κατανομή. The subject of this dissertation is the search of legal terminology in ancient Greek. More specifically, the dissertation aims to investigate the survival rates and the survival ways ancient Greek legal terms in modern Greek so that they become the subject of didactic use in education. The ultimate aim is to make transparent the contribution to the modern scientific vocabulary and consequently, the timeless value of the Greek language. The etymological review went through the intermediate time periods (Hellenistic Common, Medieval) and evaluated the types of European loans through taxonomic classification. The conclusions of the research showed the presence of a number of ancient Greek terms in modern legal terminology, modern greek neologisms created by ancient greek data and Legal terminology, inherited words, modern greek approach.
