Title: May the Lord bless you and keep you. (Numbers 6:24) → Εὐλογήσαι σε κύριος καὶ φυλάξαι σε.

Pretty stardard blessing in Eastern Orthodox, right?
But I can't find a translation online and don't trust automatic translator robos.

Not at all, as a matter of fact. This is Hebrew, from Numbers 6:24, so what I can give you is the Greek translation of the Septuagint:

Εὐλογήσαι σε κύριος καὶ φυλάξαι σε

In modern Greek you may hear various similar blessings (the first part being the standard modern equivalent):

Ο Θεός να σε ευλογεί και να σε φυλάει.
Ο Θεός να σε ευλογεί και να σε έχει καλά.
Ο Θεός να σε ευλογεί και να σε προστατεύει.
