Update issue: http chunk duplicated in forum links

You might have notice that links are not working properly as the prefix http:// is added before them (outputting links that look like this:

Until the issue is resolved, kindly remove the http:// bit for the link to be working.

Edit: This issue might be on and off as edits are made on the source code.
