δὲ -- "but"
ὁ παράκλητος -- masc sing. nom. "the comforter" -- from παρά- ("beside") and κλητος (like, summoned, invited, called one)
τὸ πνεῦμα -- the breath
τὸ ἅγιον -- a holy space
ὃ -- whom/which (sing. masc. nom.) (refers back to ὁ παράκλητος)
