Les Capétiens
Les Capétiens (appelés officiellement maison de France) sont une famille originaire des bords du Rhin, au sud de Mayence. Leur généalogie remonte à Robert († avant 764), comte de l'Oberrheingau et du Wormsgau, quadrisaïeul du roi des Francs Eudes Ier († 898). Les Capétiens forment la troisième dynastie française, après les Mérovingiens et les Carolingiens.
