Origen: A partir de la paremia antigua Γλῶσσα δὲ μαλακὴ συντρίβει ὀστᾶ, la cual pasó a la paremia bizantina Γλῶσσα μὲν ἀνόστεος, ὀστέα δὲ θλάττει (Stratigakis, p. 144).
