Αυτό το φοβάμαι πολύ. Είναι που είναι μπερδεμένοι πολλοί σχετικά με τη διαφορά μεταφραστικής μνήμης και μηχανικής μετάφρασης, θα έχουν και τα δύο σε ένα προϊόν, πάει, θα έχουμε και μεταφραστές από την Α' Γυμνασίου να χτυπάνε δουλειές.

Βέβαια, το αν θα υποστηρίζει ελληνικά, ποια «μηχανή» μετάφρασης θα έχει και πόσο επιτυχημένος θα είναι ο συνδυασμός της μηχανικής μετάφρασης με την άντληση από τη μεταφραστική μνήμη, είναι άλλο ζήτημα...

Ωστόσο, πράγματι, αυτός ο συνδυασμός (ΜΤ + ΤΜ) χρησιμοποιείται από τις μεγάλες εταιρείες εδώ και χρόνια κι εγώ το χρησιμοποίησα πρώτη φορά με το MetaTexis.

And, as it transpires from From Jost Zetzsche's Toolkit, the Trados MT feature does not support Greek (the MetaTexis MT feature though does):

In fact, the new version of Trados, which should be released in the next couple of weeks, will have the integrated option to use machine translation output if there is no translation memory match to be found. The languages that are available are FIGS (French, Italian, German, Spanish), plus Portuguese and Dutch to and from English, and the one-directional English into Chinese, Norwegian, and Swedish. The access is web-based so you will need an Internet connection to access the machine translation engine.

Not a service pack, not a major release...

There are some patches, one beta feature, and Passolo 2007 Essential. Of course, "Set/Close/Open Previous segment" is still not there...

BTW, no screwing up your system, the update installation is OK.
