οὑδείς ἐλεύθερος ἐαυτοῦ μή κρατῶν -> no one is free if he cannot command himself
ουδείς ελεύθερος εαυτού μή κρατών
(Κανείς δεν είναι ελεύθερος, εάν δεν είναι κύριος του εαυτού του)

Good one!  Attributed to Pythagoras by Stobaeus (3.6.56.1), but to Epictetus by Arrian (“Epicteti dissertationes ab Arriano digestae”, Ed. Schenkl, H.
