This error came up in a training session with a student running a demo version whenever I clicked on translation memory or terminology database entries and then clicked Yes on the next dialog. The result was character corruption.

Hi Spiros,

please send the TM (zipped) to support so that I can check what's wrong. (Very probably there is an issue with character encoding). Which Windows version and which languages settings are you using on the computer where the error occurred?

It is English Windows XP and the locale I think is French. I will ask the student to send the TM.
