what doesn't kill me makes me stronger → ό,τι δεν με σκοτώνει με κάνει πιο δυνατό (https://www.translatum.gr/forum/index.php?topic=9572.0)
Since Latin is, or at least was, a lingua franca universally appreciated, I suppose there's justification for translating Nietzsche's famous Was mich nicht umbringt, macht mich stärker into Latin.

Jawohl, mein Herr!

was mich nicht umbringt, macht mich stärker –> ό,τι δεν με σκοτώνει με κάνει πιο δυνατό, ό,τι δε με σκοτώνει με κάνει πιο δυνατό (https://www.translatum.gr/forum/index.php?topic=248339.0)
