Nickel's translation is just fine, but I would probably use the word πορεία (poreia) rather than "taxeidi" since it conveys a serious purpose to the journey, rather than a possibly more casual one. Also, I would use προς την υγεία, rather than στην υγεία, simply as a matter of personal taste, since "stin ygeia", could convey the meaning of "to your health" (as when drinking), so at first glance the title may give the wrong impression of
"Journey to the health of (say Joe)"
So I would say "Πορεία προς την Υγεία" (Poreia pros tin ygeia). It may sound a bit old-fashioned, or formal, but then again I'm not really a translator. :D
