For the past couple of years, XXX Company has been investigating the prospects of production in China. This will be done in the form of a joint venture company.

Κοινοπραξία;
Εταιρεία κοινής επιχειρηματικής δραστηριότητας;

Είναι για μαρκετίστικο κείμενο, οπότε η έμφαση είναι στο δόκιμο της απόδοσης και όχι στην εξαντλητική ακρίβεια.

Αλλωστε κι ο Ανδριανόπουλος στη βουλή συνήθως λέει "κοινοπραξία -joint venture", για να καταλαβαίνουμε διεθνως   :)
