Από τους αγγλικούς ορισμούς που παραθέτεις, θα έλεγα (σε χαλαρό συγκείμενο πάντα, αφού είναι και ιδιωματική φράση) το «τζιμάνι».
Στην αρχή σκέφτηκα «καταφερτζής», αλλά το χρησιμοποιούμε για ανθρώπους που τα βγάζουν πέρα με πονηριές και «τζιριτζάντζουλες»... :-))
