Trados 2014 Adding term to termbase issue

Hello!
Working with my termbase is quite well. I get suggestions as possible.
Since a while, when I want to add a term, I get the message: No termbase open. I dont understand, because I get proposials. And if I look in project settings, termbase, the termbase is active.
Any hints?

I would remove and add again the termbase. If it fails, create a new project, then add the termbase again, and see if same thing happens.

Try adding a different termbase and making sure that the project languages are the same as in termbase.

Your suggestion did not help. Deinstalling and new installation of SDL did solve the problem.
