[NB. It does not work in SDL Trados 7.5, maybe in SDL Trados 2007]If you want to save the settings you make in QA check, you can do so by saving a QA Profile that you can save and store on your computer. When you want to check the same types of files again you can simply load the profile rather than having to set all the option again.
In detail:In
TagEditor click on
ToolsClick on
Plug-insDouble click on
SDL Trados QA Checker Click
Settings Change the settings as desired
At the end click on the
QA Check Profiles tab
Save your profile (xml file) by clicking on the three dots (...) on the right of the
Save profile box.
Alternatively, if you have already saved a profile, you can use the
Load profile option.
