Title: How to select all highlighted text in a Word document and count it or copy it?

1. Go to Edit > Find.
2. Press the More button
3. Press the Format button and select Highlight.
4. Check the Highlight all items found in: checkbox
5. Hit Find All.
6. Don’t type anything in the Find what field.

Elementary, my dear.  :)

Όντως, η χρήση του Find All (που πρωτοεμφανίστηκε στο Word 2002 αν δεν κάνω λάθος) είναι εξαιρετικά πρακτική.
Π.χ. αν μεταφράζετε από αγγλικά σε ελληνικά κάνοντας overtype στο πρωτότυπο, επιλέγοντας Format > Language > English (UK/US) (και πάντα με κενό το πεδίο Find what), θα επιλεχθεί όλο το αμετάφραστο κείμενο. Στη συνέχεια, Tools > Word Count για να δείτε πόση δουλειά απομένει. (Προσοχή όμως γιατί μπορεί το πρωτότυπο να είναι εν μέρει English UK και εν μέρει English US, ή και άλλη, άσχετη γλώσσα).
