Μου τη δίνουν οι γενικές!

Την καμαραϊκή την μετέγγραψα ως kamaraiki, αλλά της καμαραϊκής δεν είμαι σίγουρη πώς να το κάνω. Μήπως kamaraikean?

Οι προτάσεις λένε τα εξής:

[...] κατηγορία προϊστορικής κεραμικής, τα δείγματα της οποίας για πρώτη φορά αποκαλύφθηκαν στο εσωτερικό της σπηλιάς και γι'αυτό το λόγο ονομάζεται "καμαραϊκή".

Χαρακτηριστικότερα είναι τα αγγεία καμαραϊκού ρυθμού, με την αντιπροσωπευτική υφή και την πολύχρωμη διακόσμηση.

Kατ' αρχής εγώ θα έλεγα arching ή κάτι σε σχέση με το arch και καθόλου την ελληνική λέξη. Γιατί την κεραμική τέχνη πώς την αποδίδεις στα αγγλικά για να χώσεις έτσι ξεκάρφωτο και ξεκούμπωτο το kamaraiki;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

Kamares ware

Kamares ware is named for finds in the cave santuary at Kamares, in fact one of the few non-palatial sites where this ware has been found. It is the first of the virtuoso wares of Minoan pottery, though the first expressions of recognizably proto-Kamares decor predate the introduction of the potter's wheel. Finer clay, thrown on the wheel, permitted extravagantly thin bodies, which were covered with a dark-firing slip and exhuberantly painted with slips in white, reds and browns in fluent floral designs, of rosettes or conjoined coiling and uncoiling spirals. The best of thes elite Kamares ware were never equalled in the Bronze Age Aegean. Four stages of Kamares ware were identified by Gisela Walberg (1976), with a "Classic Kamares" palace style sited in MMII, especially in the palace complex of Phaistos. New shapes were introduced, with whirling and radiating motifs.. In MMIIB the increasing use of motifs drawn from nature heralded the decline and end of the Kamares style.

Certain artifactual types, such as polychrome Kamares pottery and inscriptions in Linear A or a script allied to that on the Phaistos Disc (see below), are found only in the palaces or at such specialized cult locations, another fact suggesting a direct connection between the two. In all probability, the élite who built and occupied the first palaces on Crete maintained its power through claims to a special connection with divinities which were worshipped at special cult places established by that élite.

Αλλά αυτά είναι ωραία για τα πιο παλιά ονόματα. Ακόμα και στον Πατραϊκό, πιο συνηθισμένο είναι το Gulf of Patras από το Patraic Gulf.
Αν έπρεπε να φτιάξουμε οπωσδήποτε επίθετο, θα ήταν Kamarean ή Kamaraic.
