responsibility-authority-accountability → ευθύνη - εξουσία - υποχρέωση;

Είναι μια γενική ιδέα που επαναλαμβάνεται σε όλο το κείμενο. Έχει και επεξήγηση:

Responsibility
Obligation to perform duties and accountable for their performance
Performance of duties + accountability = responsibility

Authority
Power to control human, material and financial resources
Control of resources + right to decide = authority

Accountability
Accountability is one way – and that is up.
(you are not accountable for something, you are accountable to someone)
Performance of duties + accountability = responsibility

accountability  → υποχρέωση λογοδοσίας, λογοδοσία
responsibility → υπευθυνότητα

Η λογοδοσία δεν μ' ενθουσιάζει, αλλά δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ κάτι καλύτερο αυτή τη στιγμή. Θα επανέλθω.
