Yes, apparently in a Hellenistic inscription on Delos: θευ-εργέσια, τά, festival of a θεὸς εὐεργέτης, Inscr. Délos 363.53 (iii B.C.) https://translate.academic2.ru/%CE%B8%CE%B5%CF%85/el/xx/
θευ- is simply a dialectal (Doric/Ionic) variant of θεο-. So τὰ θευεργέσια would be the "festival of the benefactor god(s)."
