philosophy of all arts is honoured even by the vilest men → φιλοσοφίᾳ πασῶν τῶν τεχνῶν καὶ ἐν φαυλοτάτοις τιμή

Here comes another one form good old Seneca: „philosophiae … ab omnibus artibus etiam apud pessimos honor est.“ (Letters to Lucilium XIV, 11).

You may consider
„φιλοσοφίᾳ πασῶν τῶν τεχνῶν καὶ ἐν φαυλοτάτοις τιμή.“
