Paypal in Greece - Paypal now supports withdrawal of funds to Greek banks!

Now you can withdraw funds from your Paypal balance directly to your Greek bank account. Enjoy access to your PayPal funds without incurring high international bank transfer fees.

Add your bank account

Simply add a Greek bank account to your Paypal account, and you can begin withdrawing your PayPal funds. Just make sure your bank account is denominated in Euro (EUR). You can still accept payments in any of PayPal's six supported currencies - Euros, U.S. Dollars, Pounds Sterling, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, and Yen - and PayPal will handle all the currency conversions to Euro for you.

It's easy to withdraw funds. Here's how:
Log in to your Paypal  account

From your account page, click the Withdraw subtab

Select the "Transfer Funds to Your Bank Account" link

The first time you do this you'll be directed to a page with instructions on adding a Greek bank account. When you've completed the process, your funds will appear in your bank account within 5-7 business days. After that, you may begin withdrawing funds from your Greek bank account.

Avoid high bank transfer fees

Making withdrawals from your Paypal account is free for amounts above €100.00. For withdrawals under €100.00, you pay just €1.00.

Your PayPal funds will be converted to Euro before they are deposited to your bank account. The exchange rate for the transaction will be displayed prior to making your withdrawal. With easier access to your funds, you can manage your business more efficiently than ever. Withdraw funds to your Greek bank account today!

Can I withdraw funds from my PayPal account?

PayPal account holders can only withdraw funds from a PayPal account if they have a U.S., U.S., Australian, Austrian, Belgian, Canadian, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hong Kong, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, New Zealand, Norwegian, Portuguese, Singaporean, Spanish, Swedish, Swiss, Taiwanese, or U.K. bank account. PayPal is continually working with banks around the world to enable withdrawals from a PayPal account.

There is no fee to withdraw funds to a Greek bank account if the transfer is over 100 euros. If under then there is a 1 euro fee.

Μπορεί να είναι λίγο χαζή η ερώτηση... Για να μπορέσω να συνδέσω το λογαριασμό Paypal με λογαριασμό ελληνικής τράπεζας, το user name πρέπει να είναι στα ελληνικά;

Μου λέει ότι το User name πρέπει να είναι γραμμένο ακριβώς όπως το όνομα στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό. Ο τραπεζικός λογαριασμός είναι στα ελληνικά. Δεν υπάρχουν πουθενά λατινικοί χαρακτήρες.
