Hi Everyone!

I am having a very hard time to choose my wording carefully, I was wondering if someone can translate to me (properly) the following... I am in real need of help... Thank you so much.

English text to translate into Greek:

The ceremony will take place
Saturday, May 21st 2005, 3 O’clock in the evening at

The reception will follow at, The Palace Reception Hall

or

Η τελετή θα γίνει (more relaxed but not informal) το Σάββατο 21 Μαΐου 2005, στις 3:00 το απόγευμα στον...
Θα ακολουθήσει δεξίωση στο The Palace Reception Hall.
