The Color Code introduces the following four personality "Colors," or driving Core Motives:

BLUE (Motive: INTIMACY)—These are the do-gooders. Intimacy, connecting, creating quality relationships and having purpose is what motivates and drives these people. They bring great gifts of quality and service and are generally loyal, sincere, and thoughtful.

WHITE (Motive: PEACE)—These are the peacekeepers. Peace, or the absence of conflict, is what motivates and drives these people. They bring great gifts of clarity and tolerance and are generally kind, adaptable, good-listeners.

YELLOW (Motive: FUN)—These are the fun lovers. Fun, or the joy of doing something just for the sake of doing it, is what motivates and drives these people. They bring great gifts of enthusiasm and optimism and are generally charismatic, spontaneous, and sociable.

  REDS are motivated by POWER. They seek productivity and need to look good to others. Simply stated, REDS want their own way. They like to be in the driver's seat and willingly pay the price to be in a leadership role. REDS value whatever gets them ahead in life, whether it be in their careers, school endeavors, or personal life. What REDS value, they get done. They are often workaholics. They will, however, resist doing anything that doesn't interest them.
  REDS like to be right. They value approval from others for their intelligence and practical approach to life, and want to be respected for it. REDS are confident, proactive, and visionary; but can also be arrogant, selfish, and insensitive. When others interact with you, as a RED you respond to them best if they are precise, factual, direct, AND show no fear.
  Understand that no two REDS are exactly alike. Although you share the same core motivation as many others, your personality is still unique to you alone.

I am a yellow and judging by the other colours what else could I be?

YELLOWS are motivated by FUN. They are inviting and embrace life as a party that they're hosting. They love playful interaction and can be extremely sociable. They are highly persuasive and seek instant gratification. YELLOWS need to be adored and praised. While YELLOWS are carefree, they are sensitive and highly alert to others' agendas to control them. YELLOWS typically carry within themselves the gift of a good heart.

YELLOWS need to look good socially, and friendships command a high priority in their lives. YELLOWS are happy, articulate, engaging of others and crave adventure. Easily distracted, they can never sit still for long. They embrace each day in the "present tense" and choose people who, like themselves, enjoy a curious nature. YELLOWS are charismatic, spontaneous, and positive; but can also be irresponsible, obnoxious, and forgetful. No personality type is innately good or bad. Many people who do not know The Color Code may assume that all BLUES must be good and all REDS must be bad, for example. This couldn't be more false. The colors are neutral and individuals are free to choose how they will use their strengths and limitations to leave either a positive or a negative legacy in life.

What to expect:

PROS

    * Both talk the language of logic and therefore communicate on the same wavelength
    * Decision making can be very compatible
    * The RED sees the big picture, and the WHITE is able to put it into focus

CONS

    * They can both be too independent
    * The RED can overpower the WHITE, which causes the WHITE to fight back with stubbornness and through other passive-aggressive behaviors
    * The WHITE must learn to speak up, or will lose the RED'S respect and will never allow a true connection to formulate

WHITE-YELLOW Relationships
What to expect:

PROS

    * They are both very flexible and have a way of rolling with the punches
    * The YELLOW plugs the WHITE into life and excitement and the WHITE provides clarity of purpose and balance
    * Their gentle nature makes for a positive connection

CONS

    * They can lack the ferocity and drive to light each other's fires in a motivational sense - leadership is an issue
    * The WHITE can tire of the YELLOW'S noise, and the YELLOW can tire of the WHITE'S lack of enthusiasm
    * They both are lacking in setting goals and direction for themselves or knowing what they want or where they're going in life
