Enable Word Capture in Chrome for Magenta dictionaries

(Word Capture allows you to right click on a word on a browser or any other Windows program and have an automatic look-up in a Magenta dictionary. To set up your preferred hotkeys in Magenta's Dictionaries Explorer go to Tools → Word Capture Technology.)

Word Capture might not work because you have an older version of Dictionaries Explorer or a newer version of Chrome browser. First, download from Magenta the latest version of your dictionary and install it. Also, check, and change if necessary, the shortcuts as indicated in the previous paragraph.

Go to C:\Program Files\Dictionaries Explorer II

Find the file wcxChrome.crx (also attached here, please note it may not work with your versions of Magenta software/Chrome, so you may try it at your own risk).

Right click, select Open with, select Google Chrome and allow it to install.
You can see your Chrome installed extensions at chrome://settings/extensions (you can paste this on Chrome's address bar). There you should be able to see the WordCaptureX extension.

If that fails, open Chrome's extensions page in your browser by pasting chrome://chrome/extensions/ into your address bar and pressing Enter.
Drag and drop the extension into the Chrome extensions page. Restart Chrome.

Σημείωση: δεν λειτουργεί με τις τελευταίες εκδόσεις Chrome 33, FF 27.
