Γεια σας, μεταφράζω ένα τουριστικό βιβλίο στα ισπανικά, δεν έχω ιδέα από αρχαία και δεν καταλαβαίνω .. Έχω ρωτήσει και μου λένε ότι δεν είναι αττική διάλεκτος γιατί έχει  ~ πάνω στα έψιλον,
μπορεί κάποιος να με βοηθήσει;
Πρόκειται για μια επιγραφή που βρήκανε στο ναό της Αθηνάς Νίκης, Μιλάει για τον καλλικράτης, για λίθινους βομους,.....

Aν έχεις την καλοσύνη, διάβασε τους κανόνες του φόρουμ, και ξαναγράψε το μήνυμά σου χωρίς Greeklish (πατώντας modify).

soy española y no entiendo que significa greeklish, pero creo que ahora si, es si no me equivoco escribir en griego con letras latinas.

Si eso es algo tan horrible que no merece respuesta, pues nada os lo agradezco mucho y ya buscare ayuda por otro lado,

Rastrajarda, we wouldn't like you to think that your question does not deserve an answer. It does, and justifiably so.
It would be a good idea for you to check again later, because ancient greek is hard to translate, and your text seems full of typos.
There are some experts in this forum who might have a better grasp of the subject than we do. Please, check again later.
Meanwhile, we have to insist on using a proper language for all post. That means you may write your posts in spanish, english or greek (or any other language), but greeklish is forbidden in this forum. We suggest that you try to modify your post so that it could be comprehensible by everybody (as Alexandra has already mentioned).

(I hope your english is better than my spanish, and if not, some other member- oblitron, feel free- might help you understand what me and alexandra are saying)

Dear rastrajarda, the inscription is written in the old Athenean alphabet, which differs significantly from the one that is familiar to students and scholars of Greek. Nevertheless, I am quite sure it represents Attic dialect.

 A probable transcription would be:

Τῆι Ἀθηνᾶι τῆι νίκηι ἱέρειαν καταστῆσαι... ναὸν δὲ οἰκοδομῆσαι, καθ' ὅτι ὁ Καλλικράτης συγγράψει, καὶ βωμὸν λίθινον.
