Enable bookmarks bar in Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera

Chrome

Bookmarks bar
The bookmarks bar contains all your bookmarks and bookmark folders created in Google Chrome. You can dock the bar directly underneath the address bar at the top of the browser window for easy access to your favorite sites.

Dock the bookmarks bar
Click the Chrome menu Settings icon (with the three vertical dots) on the top right of the browser.
Select Bookmarks.
Select Always show bookmarks bar.
You can also use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+B (Windows and Chrome OS) and ⌘-Shift-B (Mac) to toggle the bar on and off.

Firefox

The Bookmarks toolbar is hidden by default. To turn it on or back off:

Right-click on an empty section of the Tab Strip and select Bookmarks Toolbar in the pop-up menu.

Opera

Menu (top left) → Toolbars → Bookmarks Bar

Internet Explorer 10
Press "ALT" key to show Menu bar and then View → Toolbars → Favorites bar.
