λουλάς is this small bowl which contains the tobacco preparation in a hookah. It was usually made of clay, but it could also be made of wood, stone or metal. In the old days they would shape it in wooden or metal moulds and then special artists would decorate it amply and imaginatively. It is of Turkish origin (lule in Turkish). Unfortunately the word is very culture specific, so the translation has to be descriptiive.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HookahI don't know if you are aware of the fact that Greek people - or at least the overwhelmig majority - call Istanbul Constantinople (Κωνσταντινούπολη in Greek) which was the old name of the city till 1453. Πόλη is the short version of Κωνσταντινούπολη, thus
πολίτικο is an adjective which signifies the Constaninopolitan origin.
I hope this is clear enough.

I can live everywhere in the world, but it must be near an airport -and a pharmacy, I would add.
