How to assign a macro to a keyboard shortcut in Word 2003 and Word 2010

up to Word 2003
— Choose Customize on the Tools menu, then click Keyboard.
— In the Categories list, scroll down and choose Macros.
— In the Macros: list on the right, choose a macro.
— Enter a key combination in the Press new shortcut key box.
— Before clicking Assign, look where it says “currently assigned to”, and make sure you are not about to reasign a really useful shortcut.
— Also, select the template where you want the assignment to be stored (Normal.dot usually).
— Click Assign, then Close.
— Hold the Shift key down and select File + Save All, to save your changes to the template.

File →  Options → Customize Ribbon, κάτω αριστερά, εκεί που λέει Keyboard shortcuts: κάντε κλικ δεξιά του στο Customize, κάνετε κύλιση στο Categories μέχρι να φτάσετε κάτω στο Macros, κάνετε κλικ στο Macros, στο δεξί τμήμα του παραθύρου βρίσκετε τη μακροεντολή που θέλετε, κάνετε κλικ πάνω της, κάνετε κλικ στο Press New Shortcut Key, πατάτε τον συνδυασμό πλήκτρων που θέλετε, αν είστε ικανοποιημένοι πατάτε μετά το κουμπί Assign. Κλείνετε και αποθηκεύετε
