χρῆσθαι ἑαυτῷ -> use oneself, use one's strength, pleasure oneself

Is there any self-pleasuring connotation in this? I can see in Dizionario di scurrilità ed insulti in greco antico - Αρχαιοελληνικό ιταλικό λεξικό βωμολοχιών: χρῆσθαι ἑαυτῷ -> far uso di se stesso

Apparently not.  The only such use of χρῆσθαι ἑαυτῷ is in Plutarch, Nicias 17.3.3. where Nicias "manages himself, (i.e. his strategies)" despite a kidney disease (νόσον νοσών νεφρῖτιν).
