I think this means "In the city the one that is being governed by the truth well, not the people but the king is the law. Because every citizen who persauds with laws does just things with the result of saving the city from danger and fear."
Is this right.
thank you

ἐν ταῖς πόλεσι "in the cities." You might want to reveiw your first and third declension endings, JM.
τῇ ἀληθείᾳ "in truth," "really."
ἀλλ' ὁ νόμος βασιλεύς "but the law is king" (just follow the natural word order).
πειθόμενος Middle participle, not active. Note that this verb, in the middle voice, means "obey," and takes the dative case.
The rest of the sentence is fine, except that κινδύνων and φόβων are plural nouns, not singular.
Questions?
Τί δέ τις; Τί δ' οὔ τις; Σκιᾶς ὄναρ ἄνθρωπος.
