Η μεγαλύτερη ευχαρίστηση για εμένα είναι η ίδια η ύπαρξη αυτού του φόρουμ και η συμμετοχή μου σε αυτό. Αλλά, ναι, το να προσθέσω και κατιτίς στην ήδη ροκανισμένη προίκα μου (!) είναι σαφέστατα ένα plus! Να' σαι καλά Σπύρο (και ελπίζω, επιτέλους, να συγχρονιστούμε για την επόμενη συνάντηση) :)

Ευχαριστώ πολύ για το μέρισμα, αν και νομίζω ότι δεν το αξίζω, λόγω μειωμένης συμμετοχής για τους γνωστούς λόγους. Σε παρακαλώ να κατατεθούν τα χρήματα στους αποδέκτες των προηγούμενων ετών.
Παρεπιπτόντως, έκανα αναφορά στο φόρουμ στα σχόλια της ηλεκτρονικής Καθημερινής. Αφορούν σχόλια σχετικά με άρθρο του κ. Γιανναρά για την καθιέρωση του μονοτονικού (βλ. Παγιδευμένοι στον εθνομηδενισμό | Απόψεις | Η ΚΑΘΗΜΕΡΙΝΗ).

Εντυπωσιάστηκα διαβάζοντας του φίλου σας Mr. Bill Bilberg γνωμη με θεμα "εκμαθησης ξένων γλωσσών σε προχωρημένη ηλικία." His casual, non-pretentious manner I found refreshing and I perceived him as though he was personally talking to me; too rare a gift not resorting to highfalutin blabber and still be discussing topics of high value. The other participants offered varied opinions on the subject, but no one came close to addressing people my age. One lady did mention that she knew of a retired teacher who learned Chinese very well at 60, while most others capped the age at 30! A most disheartening fact!!!
