Many of the Latin translations from Menander, in Menander's own iambic meter, on pp. 76-100 of this Board were composed by the Dutch scholar Hugo Grotius (1583-1645). Some were done by Henri Estienne (1528-1598, the famed editor/printer "Stephanus"), and the rest by the German classicist Johann Friedrich Dübner (1802-1867). See
