Ίνα πληρωθή το ρηθέν δια του προφήτου λέγοντος...
The phrase occurs with little variation throughout Matthew. I found out that ρηθέν could mean 'pour out' and was wondering if this was a play on words:
"Fill up what was poured"

Sorry to disappoint you, but ρηθέν, like ρήμα = verb or ρητό = saying, all mean "what was said" and come from the verb "είρω".
What was poured out (from the verb ρέω) is spelt with an "υ" (and I think is "ρυείς", neuter "ρυέν").
