rehearse this thought every day, that you may be able to depart from life contentedly –> ταῦτα καθ' ἑκάστην ἡμέραν ἐπιμέλειαν ποεῖσθαι, ἵνα τὸν βίον ἀπολιπεῖν οἷός τε ᾖς σωφρόνως;

ταῦτα καθ' ἑκάστην ἡμέραν ἐπιμέλειαν ποεῖσθαι, ἵνα τὸν βίον ἀπολιπεῖν οἷός τε ᾖς σωφρόνως

Would a "δύνῃς" instead of "οἷός τε ᾖς" be the better option?

This is – as you all will have noticed at once - a quote taken from Senecas "Letters to Lucilius" (IV 5). Speaking of ... it might be a tantalizing project to translate good old Seneca into Greek, might it not?

All the best from Berlin
