In English, the entire quotation from SEG 7.145 (2nd cent.) would be "Having been honored (τετ<ε>ιμημένος) by the commanders of the fourth expedition;"  in Latin, something like "Ab imperatoribus quattuor militiis honoratus."

So τετάρτη στρατεία would be quattuor militia?

Maybe instead of expedition, army?

but στρατεία= army, expeditionary force is very rare
στρατεία - Ancient Greek (LSJ)

militia
military service
the military, army, soldiery
warfare, war, campaign
civil service, profession, employment
(figuratively) military spirit, courage, bravery

I guess I was just trying to save a little face for LSJ.  In fact you're right, the Greek says simply "4th army generals," and has little or nothing to do with Latin militia.  Maybe ab imperatoribus quarti exercitus honoratus in Latin.
